        Update: I went back today (04/03/24) and again, I had a wonderful service! This review is for Miss Ty! Ive been twice to this location and I had her both times; she is the nicest USPS clerk I have ever had. Both times friendly, patient, and informative; keep up that excellent work Ty!

        If there was a way to make getting a passport as difficult as possible it would be going to this post office branch. Walk-in hours may as well not be advertised as they process 1 person an hour and tell everyone to leave even if youre checked in.

        Excellent customer service from Paul! The guy really goes above and beyond and helped me ship a package with the perfect box and bubble wrap! That thing is safe! Rare to see now a days.

        Paul is amazing and great at what he does!! He had a lot coming at him and was still extremely pleasant and helpful with everyone! He made a painful passport experience very pleasant. The Antioch office was the 5th post office we had went to with our passport issue and he was extremely helpful and positive. He was this way with everyone he encountered. All the post office individuals were very pleasant here! Even when it was busy and a lot going on! Thank you!!
