        I called over half a dozen companies before I finally found Bright Side. Kalen and Scott went above and beyond to troubleshoot our unique plumbing issue. They ended up finding a section of plumbing that was installed incorrectly when our house was built seven years ago. We had some terrible experiences with plumbing issues in our previous home. So naturally, I was anxious about the whole situation. The shared knowledge of both Kalen and Scott provided me with so much comfort moving forward with the repairs. I also have asthma, and they were so mindful of keeping all the dust and fumes minimal in my home. I was amazed by their level of compassion and concern for my health and wellbeing! Scott did an amazing job doing the actual repairs! I could tell he was very detail oriented and wanted to make sure the job was done right. Words cannot express our gratitude for all his hard work!         Scott came to my house to fix a leaking pipe. He was so kind and courteous and explained everything so I could understand exactly what needed to be done. He finished the job in a timely manner and his work was outstanding! Not only would I recommend Bright Side plumbing again but also I would recommend asking for Scott!!! He was awesome!
