CORE Strategies Physical Therapy & Movement Centre

I cant say enough about my time and experience with Core. I have learned so much about my body and myself personally. My PT Austin had helped me to work through so many issues with my back. I have strengthened muscles I forgot I even had. We I find myself hurting I have the tools now to help myself and this is very empowering for me. So grateful for my time and this has been such a blessing in my life. Thank you so very much.

I had a wonderful experience with the whole CORE Team. They are professional, knowledgable, and overall great to work with. I started PT to proactively prevent aches/pains when I became pregnant. I was pleasantly surprised how much PT allowed me to continue running and adapt to changes throughout my pregnancy. I would highly recommend!

Core Strategies, and my therapist Joe, have been great. I've learned a lot! Joe always explained things very well and was always very supportive while challenging me to do a little more each time. I'll miss our conversations! I would happily recommend Core Strategies to anyone.

I went to Core Strategies Physical Therapy and Movement Center for several issues including back pain, flexibility, and balance. I was paired up with Austin who is an excellent therapist. Austin would not only show me the different exercises but also clearly explain the purpose of each. At Core I was treated as an individual and received treatment tailored to my specific needs. I never felt like I was given a Cookie Cutter program. I was encouraged to ask question as we progressed through the exercises. After finishing up, I was given an online maintenance program, delivered through their website, which made it much easier for me to follow through on my own. Everything at Core is top of the line, from the therapist to equipment to ease of scheduling. I highly recommend it for anyone needing physical therapy treatment.
