Went to check out and this guy Don H provided a concierge level service during check out and helping my get my new lawn mover back to the cart. Super friendly, nice and would say its the best experience Ive ever had at ANY hardware store.

The only reason Im giving this one star is because you have to in order to leave a review. My husband and I visit Home Depot weekly. It is my go to spot for everything DIY. Today I visited the Home Depot on 135th (closest to my home), we were purchasing around 500.00 worth of garden equipment. I had a question about check out and went to customer service (since its all in the name) only to be met by Wendy, the customer service rep with 0 customer service skills. I actually never got to ask my question because I was met with I dont know anything about what you want thinking it must be sarcasm, I then went to speak to only be cut off a second time with what do you want. My English is perfect, my approach is good, so at this point its clear that Wendy is done for the day and no longer in the mood to help people. Yes, I left cart and all items sitting at her counter and left the building. Yes, I called the manager and filed a complaint. No, I will not return to this store and will seek Lowes for my future improvement projects. Do better Home Depot, we are all tired, we all work, but no one deserves the Wendy treatment at the end of the day.
