I would not recommend this clinician for multiple reasons: The first is that he was more than 30 minutes late for my appointment with no apology or explanation. Secondly, having never met him, he entered the examination room with a rushed presence, blurting out How are you? And barely giving me time to answer. Thirdly, he asked me questions and as I attempted to reply, he trampled my words with a uh huh and then proceeded to tell me he was going to do a scope without explaining what it was. This was also a very rushed procedure, followed by him telling me his nurse used to be a cardiac nurse and she felt I should see a cardiologist.!?! I tried to explain to him my symptoms were NOT associated with heartburn or anything that his nurse assumed. that would be related to a heart condition. After realizing my annoyance, he did prescribe a medication for my silent GERD -which I had told him I had struggled with in the past. He then quickly left the room, not allowing me to ask further questions/followed by his nurse returning to tell me about her mother that had suffered a heart attack, I affirmed her anxiety and told her I appreciated her concern, but I had no symptoms that would align with a heart issue and that I recently had an annual physical with blood work, EKGs that resulted in an excellent physical state. I then later received a bill that clearly did not include my insurance benefits; which took much of my time away from my work to resolve. Btw, I had a EGD and was told I had severe GERD and a Hiatal hernia. Bottom line, a rushed, disappointing and frustrating experience with a doctor with low emotional intelligence and a poor sense of judgment, as well as a poor listener and lack of empathy.

I had work injury that caused multiple fractures in my nasal bone and Dr David T.Rudman took care of me.He is having the best surgeon team Everything was very smooth and painless I was speechless about the hospitality you guys do for patients absolutely amazing,very wonderful staff and a self motivated surgeon teams and nurses,Mary,sapphina ,Kristina,Rachel, and everyone who took care of me .Thank you Dr David T Rudman and entire team for fixing my nose.

Had sinus surgery here about a year ago now and it has been life changing! Would usually get 4-5 sinus infections a year and havent had one since my procedure. Dr. Rudman and his staff are wonderful and will take great care of you.

I would not recommend Dr Redmund if your provider suspects Sjorgens Disease. Dr Redmund may be excellent for other ENT needs but would benefit front additional CME training r/t Sjgren's Disease including symptomology, proper biopsy procedures, and use of a pathology service knowledgeable in providing an accurate pathological review r/t Sjgren's that includes in the report inflammatory markers, information on Lymph sample sizes etc. While I appreciate the attempts to perform this test twice(2nd at my request) it was still not completed properly and have had to now see another ENT with increased knowledge of Sjorgens and have a 3rd biopsy. This was very expensive and time consuming including the gas for me to drive round trip 5 1/2 total for the 2 trips: not to mention painful and recovery time particularly when incision completed right at tooth line making recovery time longer. Staff was friendly however after 1st biopsy I was told it didn't show Sjorgens so I requested the path report be uploaded to my portal at which time it clearly stated not enough sample to make a dx. Frustrating to say the least.

ETA: I didn't have to appeal with my insurance. I called the office and had the charge removed. He knew he messed up. I'm going to be appealing this whole claim with my insurance. I waited 2 weeks in pain to see Dr. Rudman. Who finally appeared 40 minutes after my appointment time, stuck a camera down my throat for a few seconds, told me that my symptoms are impossible- essentially that I'm either lying or somehow incorrect about what I'm experiencing. And then he sent me on my way. I tried to clarify what I was feeling several different ways, and he just continued to tell me that it wasn't happening. It was very negligent, to say the least.
