I'm still in the process of finalizing everything with a mortgage, but wanted to shout out Cindy with Inlanta Mortgage. She's been uber-communicative, transparent, and helpful through every step so far. Inlanta was the first place I reached out to, and not the only one. When I first bought a house I didn't shop around, but like the idea of seeing what all is out there. One other local company I reached out to was good too, but not nearly as responsive as Cindy. In fact, she even texts when something is immediately pressing which I really appreciate. One area of improvement would be with the uploading secure files through their website. It kept glitching out and took well into the night for us, vs. another that was more user-friendly. The whole process when buying a home is always a healthy blend of stress, excitement, nerves, fears, etc. but it's nice to have someone who is available when you need to talk through anything.
