Rachel Whitsitt did an OUTSTANDING job as my divorce attorney. She had an uphill 3 year battle with a malignant narcissist and less than cooperative opposing counsel. She always maintained her professionalism and patience while also having to talk me off a weekly proverbial cliff. I do not believe the final outcome would have been attainable without her expertise and persistence. I cannot say enough positive things about her! Thank you so much Rachel!

Rachel Whitsitt represented me in a collaborative divorce. While, fortunately, I did not have a contentious divorce, Rachel was very helpful laying out the things that were going to happen and also what could happen. I would highly recommend Rachel to represent anyone in a divorce. Granted a collaborative divorce is a different process (I would recommend this process) than a "normal" divorce proceeding, I feel she, and her team, would serve you well.
