    These guys are awful. I have purchased Track insurance. The website defaults to today's date for coverage instead prompting you to pick the track date. It is impossible to correct the binder date in a timely manner. They also charge 11.3% for Credit card use without disclosing it until after the purchase is made. As my confidence waned, I feared what might happen if I actually had a claim. I attempted to cancel, they offered as long as I paid an 20% penalty. What a nightmare. I wish I had never encountered Lockton Track Insurance.

    I had the pleasure of working with Kellen Russell, Senior Account Manager, on renewing my policy. I say working, but I did very little other than update Ms. Russell on our annual information. She did all of the work. Our policy was again comprehensive and fairly quoted. I highly recommend.

    Couldnt get them to cancel a policy even with advanced notice, two emails and two phone calls. God forbid if I needed to use the policy. Ill go local next time and I suggest you do the same. EDIT to company response: The third email was answered And a refund was finally initiated after 5 business days that will take an additional 7-10 business days to return money to my account. Company responded to this negative review in a SINGLE business day. If the company wants to know how they can be better, please read the aforementioned edit once again. You can respond to a negative review almost instantaneously, but not 3 emails and two phone calls? I dont think my review will sink the company, nor should it. I do think that, if even one potential customer reads this review and keeps their money out of this companys hands, my missing funds will have not been in vain.
