It will be one year coming up in June since Ive been with the company, working with different clients. The schedulers have been great at finding clients close to me and that fit my needs also. They have always been understanding and respectful. This is one of the best home care agencies Ive ever worked for.

I have been with Maxim for one year. I live out in the booneys, and they do their best to ensure I have shifts available. Kyle, Sholah and David are wonderful to work with. They do their best to answer any questions and assign you to a family that fits your personality or work ethic

First, I want to say how much I LOVE Maxim. Ive had the best experiences because the staff is beyond amazing. Makkayla, Lois, Chelsi, Keely, and the clinicians have always assisted and provided the best service. Theres not one thing negative I could or would say about anything. Im honored to be a nurse within the company and I highly recommend MAXIM.

I have had a very bad experience with maxim nurses in my home. They lie, they are disingenuous towards family members especially those with mental disabilities. A nurse named R has been physically aggressive towards other nurses in my home and nothing was done to work out the issue. I have called there office several time to complain and ask for mediation to solve the issues with there nurses. There ONLY response was to call the police on me, the home owner, the one who wanted to resolve the issue. They do not want to resolve the issues, and continue sending bad people into homes.
