Called to place an order, and AJ answered the phone. She safely pulled over to a parking spot, took a photo of an arrangement she was delivering, and sent it to me. Placed my order and my friend received her beautiful arrangement in a couple of hours. Talk about fantastic customer service! Thank you, AJ!

"in store shopping" is not true. I'm sure the stuff is good but I bit more transparency would be nice.

This florist is great !!! When it comes to florists, I'm probably one of the more demanding, difficult customers to please because my Godmother was a florist, and I worked in her shop summers and around holidays when young, so most florists are not use to a customer being very specific about what they want. AJ seemed to actually appreciate it, and exceeded my every expectation, which rarely happens with most florists, which is how I ended up being a demanding, difficult customer. If the occasion is important, be it your wedding, a parents' or grandparents' anniversary dinner, or even if you just need some amazing flowers compared to the industry norm when you need to get out of the dog house, you can do a whole lot worse than using Stems, but you can't do any better !!!
