      image It was my first time visiting the store based off a contractors suggestion. I needed tile for my bathroom shower and floor. I also needed flooring options for 3 other rooms as we are renovating our basement. I walked in and the selection was great. They have an inspiration section which was so nice to walk through to help visualize option combinations. Within 5 minutes of browsing the shower tile section a lovely staffer approached me and asked if I needed help. I definitely did. Cindy, one of their designers, spent over an hour of her undivided attention just to help me figure out the look and feel I wanted for my home. I had a lot of projects going on at once and she helped me find the right materials within my price point and with the look I was hoping for. She walked the aisles with me and pieced materials together for me to give me an idea of the overall look. She gave me tips on how to orient tiles to make my small basement bath seem larger or make a design element with smaller pieces of tile in the shower shelf to help it feel more upscale. It was by far the very best customer experience I have ever had. I felt so valued and taken care of! There wasnt any pressure to purchase anything although I did decide to take a few samples home with me to show my spouse. They also have a wide range of prices and I got what I wanted at a better price than Home Depot too (my usual go-to).
      I highly recommend Floor & Decor, their staff (high-five to Cindy) and selection are wonderful!
