McDonald's - CLOSED

This is the second time and for sure the last time I will be coming here this place is by far the worst McDonalds I've ever been to the food is burns or old and the service is terrible youd think with talking face to face with someone they'd have a better chance of getting your order right but nope STILL WRONG would not reccomend this place at alln

This McDonalds is by far the worst one in Overland Park. Just want thru the drive thru and they failed to give me two of the items I had ordered. This happens regular so I was lucky I had checked. ALSO, they say they are open till 11:00 each night but they were closing when I had ordered which was at 9:00pm. On top of all that they said they were out of cheese which limited the menu items. Could be a coincidence thet it was Halloween night and the workers wanted to close the store early??? Highly likely. Poor service all the way around. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU CAN HELP IT.

This particular location almost always ends up getting your order wrong. They also have in person ordering in the drive through which is great in theory, but in practice is almost a hindrance as you're not in front of the menu while you're ordering. Go the extra block or two to the other McDonald's in the area.

The dining room was dirty. Absolutely no one inside the dining room except for us. The employees are just talking and talking while the dining room is filthy. Our food comes out cold. Cold fries. Cold hot and spicy. Cold McDouble. This is a terrible McDonalds. I wont come back again. Stay away, drive another ten minutes and go to another one.

Manager here very rude he was working the drive-through 1st of all he started off by giving me the wrong order. And when I told him that was not my order he got mad and said well what did I order Just like that very rude told me to pull up and he would bring my food out to me app doubt to me after waiting for 15 minutes I never got my food. The drive-through service is the only thing that is open and the line being so long I did not not go around again to get food My food, I just drove off But I will call in to the corporate office and put in a complaint
