Thank you David West for representing me! I only had a week prior to my back pay child support case accusation. I called Barnds Law Firm and got transferred to David. I told him my story, and that I had a hearing in less than a week and half. He told me itll be tight due to timeframe, but hed do his best to represent me. Long story short, David did an amazing job representing me. Made sure he was present during zoom meetings, forwarded me any emails that needed my attention, and kept me up to date on everything. Long story short case was dismissed. I dont know how things would have went without a lawyer (court system), but Im glad David represented me on a short notice.

Stephanie Kinds was very knowledgeable and helpful and willing to take my case on with a reasonable retainer. She communicates very efficiently through email as does the office. They will call and email about important messages and make sure they reach you. The offices hard work and effort is greatly appreciated.

Kaitlin, cares. If you need an attorney that listens, cares, & goes above and beyond. Kaitlin is it. My case is not an easy one (divorce, custody, & issues outside of these). Kaitlin spoke with me on all matters during our first consultation (and it was A LOT, the cases had been going on for 2 years at this point) she listened. If I had to describe what that first call was like with Kaitlin it would be 'safe'. I don't want to disclose details on my case but, feeling 'safe' meant/s everything to me. Kaitlin took my case on just a week before the divorce trial in 2023. She came to court with a lage booklets (for everyone at court) perfectly organized, with anything that could be needed at that hearing. Trial was a little over an hour long and we did not get to present evidence that day. Kaitlin beyond impressed me that day and also had Chris attend to help. (these two were Rockstars, only having a week to prepare for a major trial. The next hearing in June was amazing. At this point, Kaitlin spent a lot of time learning my case, learning the details and organizing the evidence. She came to this hearing with even bigger folders of my case. Chris also attended spoke in the court room and with the cases GAL. The outcome for the children was reached for their best interest. We thanked God on our drive home that evening for Kaitlin agreeing to take my case. Today, Kaitlin updated me on my case and I knew I needed to give her, Chris & the firm a shout out. These people are incredible and do everything by the book. Chris recites laws like he has been having it read to him since he was 2 years old. Kaitlin has listening & retaining skills that even help yourself to remember events that have occurred in your case (I have seen attorney reviews, listens and knowing the case is SO important).
