I would not recommend. I originally scheduled with a doctor 4 months in the future. Two weeks before the appointment I was told I could only see a nurse, or they would have to cancel. I went any way and saw the nurse. They asked me a few mental health questions then took labs and couldn't answer any of the questions I had. I have yet to hear back from them about my labs even though they have been posted. I have also tried to call in and have left multiple voicemails with no response.

I would not recommend, especially if you are a woman. This ER used to be amazing. Ive been here about 4 times in the last 3 years for pregnancy complications and severe migraines. Always at stellar nurses, Drs, and positive experiences. On Wednesday June 21st I called the Advent Health nurse line. After describing my symptoms they advised me to go to the nearest ER. I had severe abdominal pain, cramping, lightheaded, and abnormally heavy menstruation blood loss. The Dr on staff was Brett R Hailey. He was immediately dismissive of my pain and said this was normal for a delayed period. Only once did he ask me to rate my pain. And never asked during my visit how I was doing or if I was getting better. The nurse was equally rude. He didnt once asked about my pain or if it was improving. Dr Hailey originally ordered me extra strength ibuprofen ,a muscle relaxer, and Rx for progesterone. Also, I would be discharged soon and to have my ride ready. Im literally sobbing and curled up in the fetal position. This medication would not even take the edge off my pain. I asked to see the Dr Hailey again. Through my tears I begged for something stronger. The nurse mumbled a new medication and I couldnt understand him. Again, it was not strong enough. This angered the nurse and I was finally approved for a pain killer shot. He jabbed it so hard in my arm that my muscles were twitching under the bandaid. Again, I was pressured to get a ride a leave. I was still crying through the pain and asked you are going to make me walk out of here sobbing while in extreme pain? The nurse told me drs are strict about giving opioids. I asked does it look like Im an opioid addict? Does it say give me drugs on my forehead? I was told my blood work and urine was satisfactory. They again asked me to leave even though the paperwork wasnt ready. When I left I really wanted to tell them about the terrible care I received. I looked around and I was the only patient. Why had they rushed me out? Why had they taken so little time to talk to me? I was the only patient and they were just sitting at the desk. Instead of making a scene, I just told the nurse this.. while still crying in pain..you never asked how I was doing once. His response: well you rated your pain.. I said after the initial intake you never asked how Im was doing, or if my pain was better. Not once. That is sad. He was speechless. This lack of communication, compassion, or empathy is astounding. I cant believe that my pain and condition was disregarded so quickly. That evening I felt like a bother to them and thus received only snippets of their time and energy. Avoid this place if you can.

On Sunday before Memorial Day I was extremely ill and ER bound. I kept putting off and got worse. Being new in area, relatives told me the closest ER is 5 minutes away but youll wait forever. They said this ER is 15 minutes away but youll get helped faster. Understatement! I was greeted at door, in a ER BED in 5 minutes, IV in 10 minutes!. It was help me first and fill out paper work second while I was being treated. This place has reinvented ER! I had CT AND read, blood work AND results, ECG other tests and all in about an hour. AMAZING crew. Im almost back to 100% and the docs prognosis was spot on. You know what else - tiny details like a warm blanket they offered right out of a warming bin like a spa. It was care shown and thought is my point.

I came in to get some answers and figured out my pain that I have been in for 4 days. The doctor that supposedly have a degree in medicine asked me "what can I do for you"like are kidding your the doctor you tell me what you can do for me. Am so tired of being in pain there are no real doctors in the world. After I pretty much told him my health history that was his response.
