Items kept scamming wrong, our gifts cards glitched and got invalidated. On top of that, no one was in electronics at all. I asked two ladies who were just hanging out if I could get help unlocking a case for a game, they called someone....and I waited 20 mins for that persona and they never arrived. So I decided to leave and purchase the game elsewhere. You just lost out on a $70 sale.

Check your grocery pickup items, I had moldy cheese in a sealed snack package. Understand things happen, but frustration was when I called customer service and it took way too long to just get a refund for the item which was bare minimum they could have done. Said they would followup and never did guess Target is slippin

I came to this Target to get help in the Electronics Department on Wednesday 2/07. As usual there were no workers in Electronics so I walked up to the lady working in Customer Service. She paged someone to meet me in the department by cell phone items . Not one person came to help me . I stood there for a long time. I left this Target and on my way out of the store I told the lady in Customer Service about how bad this Targets Customer Service is! I drove to the Shawnee Target and a guy helped me and I was able to get what I needed. It is a shame that the Target Store on 97th Street in Overland Park has such bad Customer Service
