LeBlanc & Associates Dentistry for Children

My daughter absolutely loves coming to the dentist and is always asking when her next dentist appointment is. The office is in pristine condition. The entertainment provided as soon as you walk in to keep the kiddos busy while we wait is amazing. She gets to choose between playing with the iPad, Xbox or watch TV. The administrative staff is always pleasant to interact with, very accommodating and knowledgeable. The Dental assistants always have a positive demeanor and make my daughter feel comfortable by always explaining what each tool is used for. Dr. Meyer is very compassionate and always answers any questions or concerns my daughter and I may have.

My child receives exceptional care here every single time! I would not look anywhere else to send her. The environment is so welcoming and warming, and the office is always so clean. My questions are always answered with care and attention to detail. They have the most friendly staff and doctors! My daughter actually looks forward to going to the dentist. Thank you, Dr. LeBlanc!

Absolutely thrilled with our experience at LeBlanc & Associates Dentistry for Children! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome and at ease. The waiting area is kid-friendly and calming, which helped ease any nerves my little ones had. The dentists were patient, gentle, and explained everything in a way that even my youngest could understand. The office is clean and inviting, and we appreciated the attention to detail in maintaining a safe environment. Highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for a positive dental experience for their children!

Randomly received a bill from them 2 years after the service for some x-rays they said were covered by delta dental. Billing department is just a dial-tone. Do not recommend.

Be careful about paying your bill over the phone to this place. If you get a bill for such amount & if you pay with debit, credit, or flex card they will take more than bill states & won't email a receipt. when issue brought to their attention the dodge calls, put you on hold for long amounts of time so you hang up. They try everything possible to not give a refund by a check or credit for the refund of the over charges. This place is very poor on returning calls for anything & or fixing their mistakes. We are changing dentists for a dentist that is truthful & does as expected. The right thing.still as of 02/21/2024 no credit has been issued after LeBlanc & Associates stated they issued a credit. I check every day & so far no attempts have been made on my credit card of the overcharged amount. This meaning Tessa did not resolve the issue by crediting my credit card back. Maybe considering sending a check could have been easier. 02/22/2023 The credit was finally posted to my account, Problem solved. Thank You.
