Just had a phone call with Alex, I was returning the phone call to communicate that the balance was incorrect due to my insurance not doing their part, Alex then argued, cut me off multiple times to the point I got frustrated because he spoke to me in a very degrading and disrespectful manner, yes they are doing their jobs, however, leaving a customer crying after yelling at them and hanging up on them, saying, "Fine, this will be your refusal to pay." Once I tried to call back to clear the confusion they kept sending me to voicemail and hanging up the call.

This place is a joke!!! billing me for a bill that is not even mine and want me to get proof from the hospital that it is not mine. Well DUMB *&*^ I can not get proof of a bill that is not mine!!! NO HELP AT ALL!!!

I do not believe this company is doing their due diligence in verifying debt before contacting the affected parties and tanking peoples credit ratings as a result. I have been frustrated by their activities as they have not provided proof to me of any debt and still have contacted more credit agencies about a debt I do not know the source of. This is not legal and they need to clean up their act.

Very frustrating to work with and I know thats all debt collectors but in this situation the debt had already been paid out and taken care of, all I Needed was confirmation and for it to be removed from my credit. Nope nope nope not interested in providing any of that
