Little Sunshine's Playhouse and Preschool of Overland Park

Working here has been lovely the building is nice and updated the director team cares about its teachers and knows each of the students by name the app is helpful for parents but does sometimes feel like its a lot of time on a phone when u need to be present with the kids everyone Ive worked with was kind and even though there was management changes and construction directors did there best to keep it smooth no daycare is perfect especially for what they pay employees but this one is a lot better than the others in the local area as far as community feel, education and play based learning.

Our kid has been part of LSP for the past 3 years now. The facility is amazing with great teachers, leadership team and staff, each and everyone regardless of their roles care so much for the kiddos. They are very good at communicating day to day stuff and about any ongoing activities. They have good food menu, with healthy options and they take food allergies seriously. Our kid truly enjoys her time at school and I'm so happy to see her flourishing.

Outstanding facilities and even better staff and leadership team. Our child has blossomed and grown with the experiences here. We definitely consider this place family.
