Spines that need no adjustments. In other words, the fine, new books at this establishment are all in Good Working Order and require no chiroqracktory (sp?). They also have well organized dictionaries and unorganized baristas. God Bless America.

Big shops are to keep their doors open so people can get to their cars. They wrongly locked the gate at mall closing time so people can't get back to their cars at the other end of the mall.

The B&N Cafe is essentially a Starbucks, but they take B&N gift cards and coupons, not Starbucks. B&N members get a 10% discount, a nice perk if you want to enjoy a beverage while sitting enjoying your latest new find or sipping as you shop the bookstore or rest of the mall. Sometimes B&N provides coupons for the Cheesecake Factory desserts served here, and we've mixed-and-matched a variety of slices to redeem a coupon for a whole cheesecake quite a hit for a family gathering! Staff here have been kind and efficient, and the menu is consistent for what you'd expect at any Starbucks.
