        I love Scooters Coffee but this location is consistently bad. They never order enough and are always out of things? The closers are super rude too?? We came by Tuesday afternoon and there were at least three people inside and our order took forever. And they were out of cinnamon rolls :( Just go to the Scooters on College instead.

        I've ordered the same drink from this location multiple times this year, today I ordered my order as normal and since the gm/ big boss is there, "they can't make my drink due to consistency issues"; like what does that even mean lmao. the gentleman before has never had any issues making my drink. Highly disappointed in the service I received from this location.

        The staff is nice but when busy they rush orders. I was charged for two drinks yesterday morning and only ordered one. After telling the worker she apologized for charging me for both, a manager then took my card to refund but instead I have two different amounts charged on my card. One was $10.80 the other $6.27
