I had roughly 20 minutes before work to get get breakfast and they used every second of that and more. The wait time is astronomical compared to scooters or Starbucks. If I want to come back Im going to have to dedicate a full hour towards getting breakfast.
UPDATE: I went back July 1st and the wait was so much better! They were speedy, friendly, and accurate. Much much better visit.

Order is always wrong, staff is unbelievably rude and will openly talk poorly about customers.

Employees are so RUDE! Went through the drive through and ordered 3 drinks and a dozen donuts. We had to ask for creamer and sugar, it was given to us. Then we had to ask for napkins and one of the employees mumbles Jesus Christ I mean its pretty common sense to offer napkins but I guess that was too much for her to handle. They werent even busy!

Terrible customer service, barely got me my food and when they did 20 minutes later it was wrong. Dont go.
