Tim Kay & Laura Moffitt have been and continue to be extremely beneficial for myself being a first time home buyer. The time and effort they put into their clientele is unmatched. TLDR; 15 out of 10 would recommend Tim's team. My wife and I were referred to Tim Kay's team by our Realtor. I am an insurance agent and work with many different lenders on a daily basis, so I was excited to see a referral for Guild Mortgage as they were one of my favorites to work with at a professional capacity. Little did I know, I was being set up with the best team Guild has to offer! Tim, Laura and Sabrina were FANTASTIC throughout the entire deal. We had an extended closing (60 days) and throughout the entire process they were always in communication with us, letting us know what we needed to provided and updating us with progress updates to make sure that we knew they were on top of our file. Any time I had a question, it didn't matter who I reached out to, everyone was able to help quickly and efficiently. I can't express enough the gratitude I have for Tim's team and will absolutely be working with them again in the future. Thank you all very much!!!!
