Keeton Euro Repair

Excellent service! I went in for an oil change and they were able to find the source of an oil leak and fix the problem at the same visit. They also found sever rust through in the rear wheel supports. This is covered by a MB extended warranty. The dealer I had been going to failed to make me aware of the problem or the warranty extension. I felt like they really cared about taking care of me and my car. Great experience

This was my first time using Keeton Euro and it definitely won't be my last. I was in for a routine service as well as a minor repair. Tim was great and he did a nice job of keeping me informed. While I hope I don't need to use them often, it's good to know Keeton is there the next time I need them.

This was my first time with Keeton Euro Repair. I used to go to BMW dealership for routine services and other problems. But each time they would find some unrelated new problems with their 'Free Inspection' and recommend repairs that would cost me some $2000-$4000. I am sure other BMW owners probably have experienced the same. So this time when my battery died and 'Service Engine Soon' sign came up, I decided to try Keeton. They gave me appointment very next day. I had to leave my car so they offered to drop me off and pick me up when the car was ready for free. Beside replacing the battery, they recommended some other repairs which sounded legitimate concerns. So I went ahead with their recommendations. My car was ready the same day. The 'Service Engine' sign has disappeared and there are no new problems at this time. I would definitely trust them for my repairs in future! Be aware of those auto sharks!
