I'm pleased with how well my visit went, meeting with the audiologist and then the ENT doctor. They both were able to conclude what my issues were and the next actions to get me all better. The entire staff, including reception were very friendly and professional. I highly recommend.

I'm going to be appealing this whole claim with my insurance. I waited 2 weeks in pain to see Dr. Rudman. Who finally appeared 40 minutes after my appointment time, stuck a camera down my throat for a few seconds, told me that my symptoms are impossible- essentially that I'm either lying or somehow incorrect about what I'm experiencing. And then he sent me on my way. I tried to clarify what I was feeling several different ways, and he just continued to tell me that it wasn't happening. It was very negligent, to say the least.

Dr. Cowen did a great job explaining to me everything that was going on. I went in to get my xray & got my surgery a month later. Im so extremely grateful for his expertise & his team. I recommended my whole family to him

My appointment lasted nearly 4 minutes once the doctor actually came in. He disregarded all of my symptoms and issues and then left. Money down the drain for an issue that still hasn't been solved for me to this day.
