We file in 2018, everything was Great for four years, We made our payments for about four years, we were trying to get our payments lowered. So we could not get him to call us back, then I called the trustie, Thw we got a litter saying Koons was taking a leave for personal medical. We tried to call NO ANSWER, left a message, He never called us back, then we had to go back to court, NO ATTORNEY SHOW UP. In two week trying to reach him. We were moving was turned down, Our credit Score dropped 100 points, we can't get Credit is shot because we trust him to be our Attorney and do what him suppose too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have had nothing but a great experience with the Koons Law Firm. Jeff is a very experienced attorney who specializes and practices only in the area of bankruptcy, so he knows his stuff. He and his legal assistant, Deb, have made the painful process of bankruptcy much easier to navigate and understand. They are responsive, helpful, pro-active and professional. The rates are also very reasonable when considering the amount of money they are helping you to save in the long run. I could not be more pleased and highly recommend this firm.

This guy is the worst lawyer I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. He lied to me and gave me incorrect information causing my bankruptcy to drag on for over a year and cost me my job and my home and thousands of dollars. Don't trust him.

Once this law firm has your money, they WILL NOT return phone calls or answer emails. Be wary of doing business here.
