        Christina was very helpful during the application and move in process. The move in was very smooth. Before signing I was not in a position to check the place out and Christina gave me additional pictures of the place at my request, and that was very helpful. Its a quiet neighborhood and I am liking it.

        Simply said, awful appts. My daughter rented from them. She was lied to from the beginning. The appt itself was very sub-standard, ceiling leaking, paint peeling among other issues. No integrity in the office. Would not recommend to anyone to rent.

        Haven't moved in yet but so far have found the manager Christina very helpful and kind---Each step has been explained and communication is very good. She's a rock star! I was impressed with the cleanliness of the grounds on my first visit. Looking forward to being a part of the community at Grant 79.
