I have had a great experience so far, I just moved in and i think that it was a good idea moving in. Living in my apartment community is a delightful experience for several reasons. First and foremost, the sense of security provided by our vigilant security staff and robust surveillance system ensures a safe living environment. Additionally, the well-maintained common areas and landscaping contribute to a visually appealing atmosphere.

Finding parking at my apartment community has become an absolute nightmare. As a tenant, I was never promised guaranteed parking, but the lack of available spots and the community's dismissive attitude about the issue has made living here incredibly frustrating. Not only are there not enough spots, but it seems like anyone can just come and park in our lot. There's no security stopping non-residents from using up valuable tenant spaces. Many evenings I've come home to find the lot filled with people who are clearly not tenants. I've complained about this many times to the leasing office and they just say there's nothing they can do. Apparently allowing the general public to use up needed tenant parking is not a concern. They refuse to admit there is a major parking issue that is affecting tenants' quality of life. I've lived in many apartments over the years and while the parking wasn't always perfect, it was never this abysmal. The complex clearly overbooked units versus available spaces. Add in the use by non-residents and the problem has gotten exponentially worse. Another frustrating issue at my complex is the lack of cleanliness. Trash is a constant problem thanks to broken dumpsters, lack of recycling options, and insufficient trash pickup schedules. Dumpsters are always overflowing with garbage bags piling up alongside them. Some are broken with lids that won't close or locks that don't work, allowing animals to get into the trash and make a huge mess. Despite constant complaints, dumpster issues go unresolved for weeks. The pickup schedule clearly needs to be increased as well. With hundreds of residents, having trash taken only thrice a week leads to the constant buildup. There are no recycling dumpsters either. Everything just gets thrown away, which is wasteful and harmful to the environment. My last major complaint with management is their lackadaisical response to maintenance emergencies. From January 14 - 19, my heater broke during a cold snap where temperatures dropped to -25 Fahrenheit. I put in an urgent request, emphasizing that I had no heat. I assumed they would take this seriously and send someone right away. Instead, I waited 5 full days before a technician came out. When I asked why the dangerous delay, he said the office never conveyed it was an emergency. When they finally sent someone, he was able to fix the issue in about 10 minutes - so clearly not a time intensive job. I cannot in good faith recommend anyone make their home here. Unless major changes are made to address parking, trash, outsider use, and timely repairs, the problems will persist. It's a shame the current owners and management team don't take more pride in maintaining safe, clean, and functional living conditions. For the excessive rent prices they charge, tenants deserve far better treatment and amenities. My time living here has been disappointing and frustrating. I expected reasonable parking availability, a clean community, and responsive staff. But in each area, the complex has failed to deliver on a basic level. Don't be fooled by the nice-looking model units and made-up grounds - once you're living here the reality sets in quickly. Unless serious efforts are made to limit tenants to parking spots available, keep the complex clean and inviting, restrict public parking access, provide recycling, increase trash service, and address repairs in a timely fashion, this will continue to be one of the worst run apartment communities. It's disappointing to pay so much in rent but have to live with subpar conditions. This complex has the potential to be a nice place to live if ownership allocates resources to fix these systemic problems. But for now, come in with very low expectations.
