This is a bit tough for me as Ive always believed if you dont have anything nice to say about something, dont say anything at all but my experience with Olathe Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep Rams service department was the worst service experience Ive ever had. I brought my 2018 Ram 2500 in to them over 6 months ago to fix a faulty abs system. It took multiple calls and texts from me as the three service advisors I worked with werent very responsive The first service tech (Clay) said he spoke to the regional Ram folks and theyd not charge for the original repair but after he left, it seems they somehow forgot that. Good thing I kept the text from him to show them and they still didnt honor what my first service tech committed to. Well six months later, the repair is finally done but when I brought my truck in, I also asked them to fix a failing sending unit in my gas tank and to recalibrate my Speedo. I was told the Speedo could not be recalibrated which is 100% false. Theres actually a dealer service bulletin 2019-028 which describes exactly how to do what I requested. Still with me as this gets better.. After service having my truck for a week, hadnt received any response from my texts so I called the service department and was told they hadnt started to look at my truck yet. What? I made the appointment weeks in advance and the woman I spoke with told me all an appointment does is get you in line and they work your repairs in as they can get to it. Wow Well, I was charged $900 for them to diagnose my fuel sending unit problem and when I picked up my truck 15 days after dropping it off, of course the repair was not done as I was told the part was on back order I protested having to pay for the diagnosis but of course that fell on deaf ears. Ive been taking my truck to these folks for years but Im most definitely done with these guys and if they want to try to make things right, refund the $ I was overcharged and dont say call me. Your dealership has my contact information so you want to do the right thing, you call me. Btw, Ive kept all the texts from your service techs for the past 6 months so I do have proof that everything above is 100% true..

Service after the sale is definitely not this dealerships top priority. There is no follow through or accountability here. I have been trying to get some things corrected/resolved from a purchase made in 2021 and have left several messages as well as tried to contact a member of their team by email who is now most likely moved on since the email is bouncing back. They sell a product that they cannot offer information on after the fact (extended warranty). All of the responsibility to get answers is put on the customer with little to no compassion or care. My vehicle was still listed under the previous owner (3 years later) through the manufacturer so any and all recalls wouldve gone to them. Ask for it to be corrected they then somehow got it listed under a family member of mine and still no return phone call. Need to get a problem taken care of on my vehicle and cannot even get those problems resolved and to make sure I dont have even more hoops to jump through when I do in fact get it in to a dealership for service I understand and respect that many are busy. Just seems that this dealership cant have the same thought that we all have extremely busy schedules, I am definitely no exception to that!! Therefore, I shouldnt be the one having to make multiple calls to resolve one issue and an error on them to boot!

I took my Vehicle in for service and had an excellent experience right off the start with Stan. He was very professional and made the whole process very easy. My part had to be ordered and he contacted me when the part came in. Then Stan made an appointment and got me in and completed the job. They texted me as the vehicle was there which made it even better. He is a true asset to the Olatha service team and would use them again!!!
