        Called when they first opened to check on a piece of equipment. First phone call I was left on hold for 20 minutes, second and third attempts the call was bounced back to the customer service desk once and then picked up and hung up on. I dont care how busy it is get additional staff to cover the phones if you will only rent equipment on a first come first serve basis.
