I have been inquiring about a listing I found on Zillow. They did respond in a timely manor however when asking questions ect every email they sent was just rude and un welcoming. I'm your potential customer learn some respect and hospitality!

Absolutely horrible property management company. They had a dispute between a previous owner and them and when I purchased a property trying to get the tenants information they withheld it and hung up on me. Very unprofessional and imagine if they treat their owners with this level of disrespect they likely treat the tenants the same way.

Quite possibly one of the rudest people Ive ever encountered in the Midwest. I showed up for a property tour, and this man did not greet me, did not introduce himself, did not look at me, and walked right passed me across the lawn as if I didnt exist. I had to ask if he was the property rep there to show me the house. He basically opened the door and told me to look around and ask if I had any questions. Yeah, no thanks. The house was the worst on the block. The fence in the back had been ripped down and only posts remained. There was a small platform being used as a deck off the kitchen. No guardrails or handrails anywhere to be found. Linoleum in kitchen and bathrooms looked like it hadnt been changed in 30 years. The fixtures also looked like a bad dream out of the late 80s. The condition of the house aside, I wouldnt want to enter into any kind of contract with someone who behaves that way. Youve been warned!
