        I set an appointment with this office ~five weeks ago and went to painstaking effort with the person I talked with on the phone to make sure she had the EXACT details on my insurance card to verify that they were in-network. She assured me that they were, indeed, in-network. Now today I come in for the appointment and am told "sorry we don't take that insurance" after handing them my card. This oral surgery was supposed to coincide with additional, ongoing, orthodontic care I'm getting from another office so now my entire treatment is delayed. Very frustrating.

        The staff was wonderful and warm and completely felt at ease. Three teeth removed Within 25 minutes including shot and numbing stuff. Thank you so much
