        I had completed the pre visit paperwork online. Upon arrival there was an additional 5 minutes worth of paperwork to complete via my cell phone. Wait time was 10 minutes tops. Facility was clean and staff was polite & friendly. In and out in 30 minutes

        I felt that the staff was rude when I asked them if I could leave my urine test because I needed to go to the bathroom (I have IBS and cannot hold it). They said no and that it wouldnt be much longer. I then went to the bathroom after 15 more minutes of waiting so I wouldnt have an accident. The nurse saw me use the bathroom and rolled her eyes, saying looks like youll have to chug some more water. After I actually went back I had a nice nurse who was super understanding.
