They rarely answer the phone. They never return your call, at least not in my experience. To get a prescription filled, I usually have to call 3-4 times a day and email a few times as well. Which I wouldn't do if they would just respond to my intial email or message. Most times it's not called in until a day later and I've run out. Several times it's taken a couple days. Just to get them to do a process which seems to take minimal effort on thier end. I'm beyond frustrated with them and will be looking elsewhere.

My son had a virtual appointment with Tucker and he said he would get an appointment setup for him with Dr. Ambilichu. Three weeks later and we still haven't gotten an appointment to see the doctor and they haven't returned our calls.

I would not suggest going here for treatment. They never assigned me a doctor, and I would randomly be assigned to different doctors each appointment for refills. They also never had me schedule appointments, they just made them for me and expected me to be present. I stopped using them because they stopped responding to me to book an appointment and let me lapse in my medication, which is very unsafe because this particular medication causes serious withdrawal symptoms of stopped suddenly. When they finally contacted me, they sent me new patient forms. After I told them I was an existing patient they sent me a link to a video with instructions to make an appointment and it was a youtube link to an informational youtube video to learn about signs of depression. I was very confused so I called them again and Dr Ambilichu answered. He told me that he did see that I was an existing patient because he saw that I had a no-show fee for a missed appointment. I told him this must be incorrect because I never received a message or phone call about an appointment. He then told me he would look into it and abruptly hung up. I later received a voicemail from him telling me that there was no late fee, and that I should call back to make an appointment. When I called back, a woman picked up and said she couldnt make me an appointment because I had an unpaid no-show fee on my account. Needless to say, I was finished with their nonsense. If you care about your health and safety, DO NOT GO HERE!
