Working here was like a circus most days. Nobody in my section really knew what was going on and when wed go ask our lead and/or supervisor for help, wed get responses like I dont know how to do this or I havent done these in years followed by getting no help most times which leads to messed up product getting shipped out. We cant hear any of our bosses during meetings because they talk too quiet so nobody gets much needed information. When I ran out of work to do, it was always very hard to find my lead and/or supervisor, so Id find myself wandering around looking for them, which would get me in trouble for being away from my workstation too long which was funny because Id get reprimanded for doing exactly what my lead and supervisor do. I see my bosses coming in late, talking and standing around for extended periods of time doing nothing with arms crossed, and on occasion in different work areas doing what most people would describe as flirting with employees. And if the professionalism here wasnt displayed enough, I got fired over text message after Work one day with no explanation, but the employee who falls asleep in the bathroom every morning on the clock and sets an alarm to wake up gets to keep coming in everyday. I would not recommend working here if youre used to a good business model and management that actually cares about its employees. This place will gaslight you like crazy.
