First off, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this business moving forward as they are going out of business and will not stand behind the purchase at all. This is one of the few times I have ever placed a google review, but do not want the general public to make the same mistake I did. After posting, my account said I had two other reviews, however, I can't recall so I edited more review. I am a loyal customer, have purchased a $900+ Cub Cadet snow blower in the past few years. Purchased a $740+ walk behind cub cadet lawn mower a month ago, having issues and the owner would not help me with this. Simply told me that he is going out of business, would not exchange or help me with my recent purchase. Would not even agree to repair it. If you purchase a product, know that you will not be dealing with this business, but directly with Cub Cadet if there is an issue. If the owner/gentleman would have been more understanding and willing to make this right, there would have been NO NEED to post this review. As a business owner myself, I know that it is important to value your paying customers/loyal clientele and to be compassionate, professional, and respectful. To try to wipe away his responsibilities here, the owner mentioned that he had purchased a new washer recently from a BIG VENDOR (Home improvement store) and after days would not stand behind the product, as if this would make me feel better. I wish anyone reading this the best of luck, I even wish this owner of this business well, just hope he gets back to the basics if he wishes to conduct business in any shape or form moving forward. They are closing, in fact I thought they already were. Closed! Glad I tried the door. They had the exact belt I needed that wasn't at the usual places like Lowes, Home Depot, etc.
