        Mr Smith lies! He was appointed to represent my minor daughter in a battery case that wasn't supported by any evidence, but he told me that if I watched the video of the incident that I would no longer believe that my daughter was innocent. In truth he hadn't even viewed the video himself, he didn't have a copy of it at the time. Very deceptive by that point.  Later after getting video evidence and viewing the video together in his office he acknowledged that in his opinion she indeed was not guilty. He withdrew as attorney when I  conveyed that I lacked trust in his ability to properly represent my daughter in a  kangaroo court let alone a court of law. Maybe this is why his bread and butter is court appointed cases. Avoid this attorney at all costs!
