I went in last week an hour before closing and Chelsie was there by herself with two customers there already. She greeted me when I came in and let know she would get to me ASAP. She did an amazing job juggling all the customers there and had two more people come in whole working with me and another customer. She did a fabulous job communicating with everyone and worked quickly to get us all taken care of. I honestly dread coming to the Verizon store but she made it the best experience I've had there. Thanks Chelsie!

Excellent experience at the Verizon store. Went in to facilitate data transfer to my son's new Verizon phone. Excellent interaction with Chelsie Nelson! She was extremely professional and positive, very helpful and knowledgeable. This is definitely my favorite Verizon location. Hark to the rescue! We returned to the store later in the day with a different phone issue. Hark resolved our phone problem with some excellent problem solving skills and ingenuity. Again, what an excellent Verizon store.

Chelsie and Hark were great! Chelsie helped me get a new iPhone pro max today bc my old phone was giving me issues. I needed more storage. thank for being so great!
