Jedidiah is fantastic! After a car accident the other driver accepted full responsibility but her insurance company tried to settle for less than the value of my vehicle. Jedidiah corresponded with the adjuster and their supervisor and was able to secure approximately $3,000 more than they originally offered. Everyone in his office is very nice, responsive, and helpful. DJ

I have had a policy with this agency for quite some time and they have always been very professional and helpful, I would recommend this insurance agent.

I had three policies with Mr Seely, due to poor service canceled them all in May 2021 , he didn't send cancelation in at all , I had to call customer service to get my policy cancelation started, no refund was issued for a rental property and he said he will do it right away and I should be getting a refund soon
I sent him an email on Nov 5th 2021 to which he never responded
I emailed him again this morning about a late response and here is his response
"Since their customer service department couldnt help you and Im no longer your Agent- any response from me is probably helpful no matter the response time."
Spoke to customer service, he never requested policy Cancelation request until Nov4th, which was requested in May
Than he wants to tell me that him responding to me is a favor to me since he is no longer my agent
Worst customer service and experience with an insurance agent ever
So if you ever need any help or need to get a hold of him good luck
