Alan was wonderful in my process of switching my insurance! His customer service skills are excellent! He treated me like family, answered my countless questions, worked to find the right coverage to meet my specific needs, and made sure I understood the details of my coverage (not to mention he saved me quite a bit of money!). Michael was such a huge help for our family during the recent floods in Little Rock.
He was able to assist with obtaining flood insurance for our parents so that we could move forward in recovery. He was so efficient and followed up with me on every detail needed, even after hours.

Michael is apart of a networking group that I am member. Each meeting he brings insight to how insurance works, types of coverage, what is happening in the market place etc. This is the level of competence that I would want in an agent!
