        Poor customer service!!! They can't add!!! When it comes to talking about ur bill Mary Jane is lost in the woods and she cannot find her way out! It's sad a customer has to break down how to add and subtract charges for her! Additionally, Jim the office manager rather not talk to his customers about billing. Jim rather send you to customer service then deal with you! There is no ownership or commitment to their customers! They treat you like your disposable and don't value you as a customer! Go to any other insurance company but this one! If you like ur bills screwed up and and old lady that can't add or subtract then go with them!
