AAA Olathe Insurance and Member Services

AAA is a horrible insurance company.  I have had them for home and car insurance for over 20 years and have only made 1 claim in all those years.  Well, my roof started leaking and 2 roofers said I had storm damage, and 2 houses down the street had their roofs replaced after the same storm.  AAA denied my claim after I sent them about 10 photos showing the damage.  They refuse to pay.  I would STRONGLY suggest that anyone stay away from AAA, they are thieves.

We had AAA for insurance last hear and had to get AAA membership to go along with it, never figured we'd use it. Moved onto other insurance companies because of rate changes and hadnt thought about it since. The other day I was going to ride to work with my fiance and then take the car to work doing Uber eats and Instacart all day. As soon as we pulled in to his work we got a flat. Figured I'd call roadside and get it taken care of and then go get a tire, told my fiance not to change it and to go ahead into work. Now the nightmare begins.....I call progressive to order roadside, goes alright......until the roadside guy calls me and says there will be a fee because roadside is not on my policy! Now getting irritated because I've always asked for it to be on our policy and know it's essential since its only a little bit a month. I end up dead ending in arguments with them telling me its never been on my policy. An agent changed it long time ago and never told us. So Im an hour in and stuck with a flat tire and no one to help. Getting ready to change it myself and I remember we had AAA LAST YEAR!!! I called this place and a SUPER SUPER SUPER awesome lady helped me. I briefly (less than this review) told her what happened and she looked us up and found us. Problem was she only found my fiance on the account and he needed to be with the car. I told her I remebered having to set it up this way because someone told me last year we both couldnt be on it so whoever was on it needed to be with the car, she told me how wrong that info was and helped me get my name on the account with my fiance free of charge and got me a temporary card sent to me and sent someone out to help me. They got there in 15 minutes!!! It was good thing my fiance or I didn't try to change it because the lug nuts were on so tight the guy had to get a breaker bar for leverage and break them loose and his 4way even bent!!!! He eventually got it changed, no fault to him, he was quick but getting the lug nuts off was a challenge. Thank you guys so much for such a positive and helpful experience! I was able to get going , get tire changed JUST IN TIME, and finish making money all night
