AC unit went out on one of the hottest days of the year, but Sean and team were out the next morning to replace the unit .....all at a very reasonable cost. Recently purchased a home where previous owner needed to repair/replace AC. After start up of unit in spring/summer there was numerous issues. Capes was contacted and initial response was empathetic and responsive but required 4 separate services over a 3 month span of time to correct install issues. After latest issue, we were ghosted by Capes with no response to correct faulty actions. Multiple cheap bandaid fixes to get us by but no action to actually fix the original issue which was agreed to be at fault by company. Services: A/C system maintenance, A/C system repair, Install AC

Shawn always responds right away and always tries to fit you in asap. Our heater stopped working 1 day before the coldest day of the year in December, Shawn came the next morning and had it up and running again in minutes. Always super quick! Highly recommend!! Service: HVAC system repair

Sean is awesome! Been helping my family for years! Called him on a Sunday with no A/C and he responded and came out the very next morning! Very professional and very reasonably priced!
