Hello, my name is Carson. I review gyms in the Kansas City Area. Today we will be looking at Genesis- East Olathe A solid gym for what its worth. Everything upstairs is good and works fine. However most machines besides the hammer strength machines are pretty outdated and slightly broken. The building is definitely ready for the remodel coming soon. From the outdated tile floors, to the gross bathroom/ locker room walls. One thing I wish they did that would be an easy fix is supplying towels in the locker room. I commonly have to come back and grab towels after I have already entered the locker room. The front desk is always very kind and friendly. The trainers do a good job as well. Busy at common busy times but empty at other times. Final notes; the pool is a solid size and the outdoor pool is decent as well. Although both are very outdated, they get the job done. The basketball court needs improvement. This gym fits the standard for the price in my opinion. It is a great setup for the average gym-goer. However, doesnt exceed any expectations

I just want to give a huge shout out to Danny White! Hes a part of the maintenance team and is by far one of the hardest workers Ive ever witnessed. Not only that he is kind and goes out of his way to make people feel welcome five stars all around.
