Everyone I interacted with at Albert's was absolutely amazing. We bought a house and wanted carpet installed as soon as possible in the basement (there was only concrete and that's where our master bedroom is) so we could have an easy and smooth move in. The people at Albert's were willing to schedule me for the next day! Through absolutely no fault of Albert's Flooring I had to reschedule because the carpet I wanted had to be special ordered. The Albert's Flooring team rolled with the changes in schedule and got my carpet installed right after it arrived! They did a great job and got us taken care of even though they had a worker shortage! I've heard so many horror stories of hiring contractors and companies for housing projects so it was extra amazing to have such great service and communication! Highly recommend!!!

Terrible service. Upon first using them through our realtor they were prompt and timely. When the flooring didnt set well, it took 6 no call no shows/rescheduling across a 4 month period of time to finally get someone out. They didnt lay quarter round, they threw away 2 of our kick plates for our cabinets, and there are still major blemishes in our flooring (cracked pieces, parts peeling up, sections that were cut too short, floor is incredibly uneven, etc.). When I asked for a partial refund, my message went unanswered and I never heard from them again. Seem to be nice people who work here but absolutely terrible. Would never recommend. Lay the flooring yourself before you waste the money.
