    Still missing 3 'fence pieces', after multiple phone calls and text messages for weeks, I realize he's not going to complete the job as discussed. So disappointed, the fence doesn't look good, the 'pickets' are different widths apart, 'gaps' between the pickets, it was suppose to be a privacy fence.... huge gaps on gates, big enough for animals to get through which one was of my reasons for getting the fence. Service: Wood fence installation

    I had a fence installed in April , The one gate doesn't open correctly and the hardware is falling off. I contacted Dalton over a month. He said he would be out that week to fix it and never showed. I have contacted him many more times and he never responds.

    We are a General Contractor in Kansas City and we were asked to complete some work for Dalton. Work has been completed and he has yet to make a payment on his account. We have reached out to him on multiple occasions and he is now dodging our communications. If you can't pay your bills, how can you service customers? Dalton, I hope that you will fulfill your contractual obligations and pay for the services you hired. Your account will be sent to collections.

    I signed a contract to replace my existing chain link fence with a 6ft privacy fence on August 1st 2023. Dalton claimed to be able to do this quickly. I emphasized to him that I did not want to be without a fence for very long because I have a dog and so does one of my neighbors. He estimated it would take about 2 days to take down and install a new fence.While he heavily implied he is a business with at least some workers helping him, it turns out he is the only one who would work on the project. He took down part of the fence very quickly - but after that he was very slow to do anything. He had a lot of excuses and delays that I expect were made up - truck breaking down, needing to remark perimeter to dig, excessive heat, too much rain, not enough rain, delays in scheduling materials pickup, etc. He also found many issues with taking out the old fence - while I think were legitimate - he should have included in his original estimate if he thought it would be a problem. While in the first week he was coming by about 10 hours a week, the last week he was out he only worked for 2 hours. I have tried repeatedly to figure out what's going on, but he just keeps coming up with new excuses. He has done some work, and we now have most of the fence pickets put up as well as horizontal rails. But, it's now been over 5 weeks since first signing the contract and giving him the materials deposit, and still no sign of the pickets or any hope of him finishing the project.For over a week, I have not been able to contact Dalton, and believe he may never come back to finish the job. I contacted another fence contractor to come by and look at the work he has done. He said that it was very poor work, and he would have to completely start over if he were to take finish the project instead of Dalton.
