After my lousy Public Defender basically quit on me, I started calling attorneys within a 3 mile radius of the Johnson County KS courthouse. Mr. Rivera called me back promptly and we discussed my case and the fees associated with it. I was advised what course of action to take to finally put this behind me. Everything Mr. Rivera advised would likely happen, did and after 5 years of dealing with the courts and horrible Public Defenders, I am finally finished with this court.
