The Doctors Building 1

Generally, the registration process in Building 1 works pretty quick, but today it's extremely slow. First day of the new year, so not sure if people are still out on vacation or maybe too many people coming in. Don't know. I heard one guy go up to the window and say he's been here for almost two hours! Still waiting to just get registered! We've been here for over 30 minutes so far and the waiting room is so full people are standing. In general, we like this hospital and usually getting care here is quick and very caring.

Suite 151 is the WORST. Dr. Yeats is a good dr., but the incompetence of the rest of the staff in this suite is beyond anything I've ever experienced! Her nurse was aggressive and unfriendly & has somehow lost my biometrics screening form 2 years in a row. Been hassling the office for over a month now trying to get it filled it out and signed by ANY Dr. If they can't handle something this simple I certainly wouldn't trust them when my health is in question.

Had a video call with dr nitzle always ALWAYS runs over an hour late. In 251. Do not go to him. U would die before he would see u. Its pathetic

Had to wait an hour to do a lab test. There were only 4 people in the waiting office and only 1 of them had labs to do. Slowest doctors office I have ever been too. Only good thing was the lab tech was super nice!
