        I tried my best to be biased and be patience but this company is completely unorganized. I went for consult for my retainers back in December 2022. I paid in full and was told everything would be ready in January. I didnt get them until mid March. I was suppose to be done in June, and when I called to confirm my appointment, I was told they no longer had a doctor. They assumed someone called to tell me I had to be transferred to a different location (95th street location) and when I went there I was told the rest of my retainers would be ordered & ready in a month. Now today I went and sat in the waiting room for 30 mins and eventually moved to a room for another 15 mins just to be told they have nothing for me and werent sure why no on called me to tell me. They could have told me the moment I got there instead of having me wait 45 minutes. No apology from the doctor or the clinic manager. I was transferred back to this location and now its April of 2024 and I am still not done with this treatment that should have been done last year. Im waiting for my retainers and every time I call its always the same excuse we have to contact motto care solutions. I have to call every week for updates. Im truly disappointed in this company. I will NEVER suggest this company to anyone. DO NOT I REPEAT do not do anything with the MOTTO aligners. The communication is horrible and the receptionist are all kind but no one ever has answers and its always me having to call them weekly for updates. Please get it together because I can see why people stay away from Aspen.

        I received a call to reschedule my appointment, which I did. However, upon arrival, I was surprised to be told I needed to wait. After waiting for 45 minutes, I was informed that they couldn't accommodate me that day and that I needed to reschedule. This was a bad experience, I wish I could give it a 0-star rating
