Our family loves New Horizon Academy- Olathe! We went on countless tours at facilities in the area and we were not very impressed until we visited New Horizon. Our daughter is in the toddler room with Ms. Nat/Allison. Her teachers are so loving and kind to the kids! You can tell that they truly enjoy what they do. Admin leadership is very strong- Ms. Sami and Ms. Brandy are very hands on with the classrooms and have great communication with families. High quality curriculum, wide variety of fun activities scheduled throughout the day, nutritious meals that our daughter enjoys, and a brand new state of the art early childhood facility including an indoor gym (necessity for young children when inclement weather). Staff utilizes Conscious Discipline practices within the classrooms to build skills instead of using punishment-based old school discipline techniques. The toys and activities enhance development and promote early learning. Teachers send frequent photo updates throughout the day via ProCare app and are very responsive with messages. Cameras in classrooms can be viewed by parents from the lobby and facility has an open door policy. We are so lucky that our family found this gem!
