I personally wouldn’t even consider doing business with this company called crane works. Very untrustworthy, communications are nothing but lies as well as their business tactics. On the worse side this is their idea of issuing a credit. You pay them a small fortune and your crane is still on a “crane down status”. Then you have to hire another company to go behind there field techs and you would like to get the money back that you paid someone else to fix your crane. After you’ve spent $24,000. plus pay another company $10,000. to get your crane back in service and here’s your credit “ I can give you a $4,000. check in the mail and credit your account $4,000. and you will have to get parts or service from them to get the credit “??? They are affiliated with Walmart I guess. Nothing but a bunch of bull, service is irresponsible and you’re going to pay out thousands of dollars for nothing!! They suck you in by telling you that they probably have that pump in stock, but if it’s not a 50ton manitex boom truck then BEWARE you’ll get taken advantage of PERIOD. I give them a NEGATIVE 5 STARS

Great guys. My crane manufacturer does not have a dealer near and I had numerous issues with my boom. Jeff and his guys worked with the other shop being it was under warranty and took great care of me. Good group of service guys. I only wish I had purchased my truck there to begin with.
